Teaching should provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for the students to foster critical thinking and acquisition of principles and knowledge base.

Masoud has substantial leadership and teaching experiences. He has coordinated and taught several courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management, (International) Business Administration, and Industrial Engineering programs. He has also supervised 15 graduate and 90 undergraduate students in those programs.

Quantitative Modeling and Analysis of Business Processes, 1CK20

Eindhoven University of Technology
Co-lecturer in Bachelor of Industrial Engineering program with 100 students.
  • Designed one of the four teaching cases based on queueing theory,
  • Gave lectures and supported students throughout the assignment,
  • Lectures, workshops, and feedback were fully online, an enormous experience in online teaching.

I learned a lot in this course.

  • Coordinated the course to maintain quality and consistency in the design, delivery, and performance monitoring,
  • Used blended learning to provide multimodal input for a diverse classroom,
  • Taught 10 weeks of lectures and modeling practices,
  • Led a team of five TAs in support workshops and grading,
  • Assessed the learning progress of the students by organizing three large-scale examinations.

Supervised 15 MSc projects and co-supervised 10 projects.

These projects include cooperation with companies such as Albert Heijn, CEVA Logistics, IKEA, PostNL, MAERSK, and the health sector.
